OpenAI says it will not supply future models, including Astra, to Cursor following its acquisition by SpaceX. Your team may keep paying for the editor without getting the next OpenAI model in its model picker. The model you want and the tool you use are no longer the same decision.

How do we apply and verify our Cursor contract?
Submit the form on this page by November 30, 2026 and our team will follow up for a signed attestation that your organization has an active paid Cursor enterprise contract, and a redacted proof document. Only customer name, tier, seat count, and contract end date should be visible; redact everything else. Do not send contract terms, pricing, or other confidential content. Submitting a request does not automatically activate the offer.
Can we use our existing ChatGPT subscriptions?
Connect your OpenAI/ChatGPT Plus or Pro for supported models in Kilo. Usage counts against that subscription's limits. Use the inference through your OpenAI subscription both locally and in the cloud.
Is Kilo Pass included?
No. Kilo Pass is an optional paid subscription that adds paid credits and bonus credits under its plan terms. It can be added to a Teams or Enterprise shared balance through sales. Bonus credits have earning conditions and expire at the end of the monthly cycle. Learn more about Kilo Pass.
Do we have to cancel Cursor or migrate everything at once?
You can plan a staged migration and evaluate Kilo alongside your current setup. This offer does not cancel or reimburse your Cursor contract. Cursor conversation history is not automatically imported, and cloud automations may need adaptation.
What happens when the free period ends?
The subscription waiver lasts only for the approved promotional period. Ask the team to confirm the subsequent commercial terms before activation; this offer does not promise an ongoing free Enterprise subscription.
