PROMPT

Create a skill called "Pre-Call Briefer". Monitor my calendar for external meetings. 30 minutes before each meeting, auto-generate and deliver a briefing document. Include: attendee profiles from public sources or supplied notes (summary, role, tenure, background), company overview and recent news, CRM history (past interactions, deal status, open items), competitive context if known, suggested agenda based on deal stage, 3 conversation starters tied to recent events or prior discussions, and any unanswered questions from previous meetings. Format as a clean one-pager. Deliver via [Slack/email/Telegram]. For recurring meetings, focus on what changed since the last meeting.

How It Works

The skill monitors your calendar. Before every external meeting, it auto-generates

a briefing document and delivers it to your inbox or Slack. No manual trigger needed.

What You Get

  • Auto-triggered 30 minutes before every external meeting
  • Attendee profiles: public bio, role, tenure, and any known context
  • Company context: recent news, funding, headcount changes
  • CRM history: past meetings, emails, deal status, open opportunities
  • Competitive intel: any known competitors in the deal
  • Suggested agenda and 3 conversation starters
  • Unanswered questions from previous meetings

Setup Steps

  1. Connect your calendar
  2. Set delivery timing (default: 30 minutes before meeting)
  3. Set delivery channel (email, Slack, or Telegram)
  4. Optionally connect CRM or provide a recurring export for historical context

Tips

  • The first meeting brief takes the longest to generate — subsequent ones are faster due to cached research
  • Share with your SE before joint calls so you're both prepared
  • Flag "unanswered questions" from prior meetings as your opening
  • For recurring meetings (weekly check-ins), the brief focuses on what changed since last time
