Nature of Processing: Page speed monitoring
Google Analytics is an American analytics software. It provides us with anonymised user metrics like session duration and traffic sources. We want to learn where our users are coming from. Doing so, we can figure out what kind of features might be relevant to their interests.

MixPanel is an American analytics tool we use to track anonymised engagement in Kilo. With MixPanel we can determine which features to invest our time into. Also, it helps inform us which features we can alter or remove in future releases.

Hotjar is a Malta-based performance analysis and feedback platform. We use it in conjunction with Google Analytics and MixPanel. Hotjar supplements these tools like heatmaps and suggestions for performance improvements. If we have a confusing or slow feature within Kilo, Hotjar will help iron things out.

MailChimp is an American communications platform, sending emails containing our bonus content. We maintain an opt-in only list of people with interest in receiving content from Kilo on a regular basis. This includes: sales, new feature info, and company inner-workings.

Amazon Web Services' Simple Email Service (or AWS) from the American company Amazon. They allow for secure, privatised infrastructure (ours) on their web platform. We us this in the event that you forget your password or want to reset specific account data. AWS SES allows us to contact you and assist you in the most efficient, secure manner.

Nature of Processing: SMS notifications
Twilio is an American communications platform we use to supplement AWS SES. With Twilio, we are able to send SMS messages. These are helpful for ensuring extra security, in a multi-faceted manner. For example, when signing in, you can receive a text message from Kilo to confirm your identity.
All your text-based and image/video data can be easily exported from your account settings. This data includes your user information and metadata, post metrics, and posted/scheduled content. If you’d like to delete your data, deleting your account will permanently erase it from all our related systems.
