PROMPT

Create a skill called "Application Auto-Fill Assistant." I'm going to give you all my information once, and I want you to store it in a structured format that I can quickly pull from when filling out job applications. Store: (1) Contact info: name, email, phone, address, LinkedIn URL, website. (2) Work history: each role with company, title, dates, location, and 3-5 bullets. (3) Education: each degree with school, degree, field, graduation date, GPA if applicable. (4) Skills: categorized by type (technical, tools, languages, certifications). (5) Common application questions with my standard answers: "Why do you want to work here?" (multiple variants by company type), "Describe a challenge you overcame," "What are your salary expectations?" (6) Additional info templates: employment gaps, relocation availability, visa/work authorization. When I ask for auto-fill blocks for a specific role, give me everything formatted and ready to paste, with any role-specific adjustments noted. [paste your information below]

How It Works

Fill out your information once with your Claw. It stores structured versions

of your work history, education, skills, and common application questions.

When you hit a new ATS form, ask for the pre-formatted blocks and paste

them in — cutting repetitive form-filling down dramatically.

What You Get

  • Structured data for common ATS fields: work history, education, skills, certifications
  • Pre-formatted text blocks ready for copy-paste into any form
  • Common question answers: "Why do you want to work here?", "Describe a challenge you overcame", etc.
  • Role-specific variants: different emphasis for different job types
  • Optional notes for recurring application questions you want answered consistently
  • "Additional information" section templates for gaps, relocation, visa status, and similar topics

Setup Steps

  1. Brain-dump your work history, education, skills, and certifications to your Claw
  2. Answer common application questions once — your Claw stores them
  3. Before each application, ask: "Give me my auto-fill blocks for [Company/Role]"
  4. Copy-paste into the ATS form
  5. Add any role-specific customization before submitting

Tips

  • Keep multiple versions of "why do you want to work here?" for different company types
  • Store dates in multiple formats (MM/YYYY, Month Year, etc.) — different systems expect different formats
  • Keep your skills list tagged by category so you can quickly pull relevant subsets
  • Update your stored answers whenever you gain new experience or certifications
  • This doesn't replace tailoring — it eliminates the mechanical re-entry
