Setup Steps

1. Your Claw pulls from your Application Command Center (or you share your active pipeline manually)
2. It sets follow-up timers for each application and interview
3. When a follow-up is due, it drafts the message and sends you a reminder
4. You review, personalize if needed, and send
5. If no response after the 2nd follow-up, it recommends moving on

Tips

• First follow-up: 7 business days after application, 2-3 business days after interview
• Second follow-up: 7 business days after first follow-up
• After two follow-ups with no response, stop — you have your answer
• Never follow up on the same day you sent the previous message
• Keep follow-ups short — 2-3 sentences max
• Reference something specific from your interaction to jog their memory
