PROMPT

Create a skill called "Follow-Up Cadence Manager." Track my active job applications and interviews and manage follow-up timing. For each entry in my pipeline, apply this cadence: Post-application: send first follow-up at 7 business days if no response. Post-phone screen: follow up at 3 business days. Post-interview: send thank-you within 24 hours (handled by Thank-You Note Writer), then follow up at 5 business days if no update. Post-final round: follow up at 3 business days. For each follow-up, draft a message that is: 2-3 sentences, references the specific role and any prior interaction, expresses continued interest without desperation, and asks a clear question ("Is there an update on the timeline?"). After 2 follow-ups with no response, suggest marking the opportunity as "Likely Ghosted" and recommend moving on. Send me daily reminders of follow-ups due today.

How It Works

Your Claw tracks every active application and interview in your pipeline

and manages a follow-up schedule. It drafts the right message at the right

time — polite persistence without desperation — and tells you when a

company has gone silent long enough to move on.

What You Get

  • Follow-up schedule for each active application and interview
  • Stage-appropriate timing: 7 days post-application, 3 days post-interview, etc.
  • Draft follow-up messages customized to each stage and company
  • Escalation logic: first follow-up, second follow-up, and when to stop
  • "Move on" signals: when silence means the answer is no
  • Integration with your Application Command Center for automatic tracking

Setup Steps

  1. Your Claw pulls from your Application Command Center (or you share your active pipeline manually)
  2. It sets follow-up timers for each application and interview
  3. When a follow-up is due, it drafts the message and sends you a reminder
  4. You review, personalize if needed, and send
  5. If no response after the 2nd follow-up, it recommends moving on

Tips

  • First follow-up: 7 business days after application, 2-3 business days after interview
  • Second follow-up: 7 business days after first follow-up
  • After two follow-ups with no response, stop — you have your answer
  • Never follow up on the same day you sent the previous message
  • Keep follow-ups short — 2-3 sentences max
  • Reference something specific from your interaction to jog their memory
