Zero to Project
Sign a client, auto-create everything — folders, Figma, channels, questionnaire, kickoff
Every new project starts with the same admin: folders, channels, questionnaires, kickoff scheduling, and content planning. This recipe standardizes that setup so nothing important gets missed when a contract is signed.
INGREDIENTS
PROMPT
Create a skill called "Zero to Project". When I start a new web design project, automate the kickoff as far as the connected tools allow. I'll provide: client name, client email, project type (for example: business website, e-commerce, portfolio, SaaS landing page), and any known details. Then: (1) create a Google Drive folder structure with subfolders for design, content, assets, deliverables, and admin, (2) prepare project workspace links from my templates, (3) create a Slack channel named after the project and invite the client, (4) generate and send a client onboarding questionnaire tailored to the project type, (5) prepare a secure credential-request workflow for hosting, CMS, domain registrar, and analytics access, (6) schedule a kickoff call with a pre-populated agenda, (7) generate a project brief template pre-filled with known details, and (8) generate a content request document from the planned sitemap. Ask for approval before sending anything client-facing.
How It Works
Trigger this when a new project starts, and your Claw sets up the core
project infrastructure in one pass. It creates the folder structure,
prepares your questionnaire and brief, opens the communication channels,
and gets the kickoff moving with less manual copy-paste.
What You Get
- Google Drive folder structure (design, content, assets, deliverables, admin)
- Project workspace links prepared from your templates
- Slack channel created and client invited
- Client onboarding questionnaire generated and sent (adapted to project type)
- Secure credential-request workflow prepared for hosting/CMS/domain access
- Kickoff call scheduled with agenda and pre-reading
- Project brief template populated with known details
- Content request document generated from the sitemap
Setup Steps
- Configure your project template once: folder structure, design-file template, questionnaire, and kickoff agenda
- Set your default tools (Drive, Slack, calendar, docs, browser workflows)
- When a new project starts, provide the client name, project type, and email
- Review the generated setup and approve anything that should be sent immediately
Tips
- Configure once, then reuse the same backbone on every project
- Tailor the questionnaire by project type so the client sees relevant questions only
- Keep credential collection separate from normal email when possible
- Pair this with Content Chaser so onboarding and content collection use the same structure
