Pick your current setup, adjust your monthly spend, then see how Auto Efficient routing and a coding plan change the estimate. Built from live KiloBench data.
Routing and Kilo Pass only apply to inference, not seats, Actions, or platform fees.
Copilot now meters chat, agent mode, multi-step sessions, tool calls, and model tokens through GitHub AI Credits at published per-model API rates. The subscription funds a pooled allowance; usage beyond it becomes overage or is blocked by policy. Code completions and Next Edit remain included.
Enter your complete current bill above, including access fees and metered usage. Code review can also consume GitHub Actions minutes, so this calculator treats your observed invoice as the source of truth instead of reconstructing it from seats.
63% lower benchmark cost per task
Applies the live KiloBench cost-per-task ratio for Claude Sonnet to your model-usage share of your observed monthly spend. MiniMax is excluded from Teams & Enterprise; Kilo Pass can fund the resulting Kilo Credit usage.
The selected Pass buys the same dollar amount in Kilo Credits and adds a 50% monthly bonus on annual billing. Remaining organization usage is paid as a top-up.
$199 paid credits + $100 bonus; estimated top-up $2,640.
Organization estimate
Estimated Kilo usage
$5,161 lower than current monthly spend
$58,064 annually
This estimates model-usage savings, not a complete procurement quote. Non-inference spend is carried through unchanged. Kilo Teams and Enterprise platform features are priced separately; Enterprise pricing is custom.
How this is calculated
For individuals, estimated PAYG workload is the greater of current monthly spend or the selected number of benchmark-equivalent tasks priced from live KiloBench data. Auto Efficient applies each selected model's promoted KiloBench cost-per-task ratio to that workload. MiniMax is an alternative to Auto Efficient—enabling one disables the other—and replaces eligible usage with its published plan price. Kilo Pass is applied last as the funding layer: the $19, $49, or $199 subscription buys the same dollar amount in Kilo Credits, with calculated bonus credits added on top, followed by any required top-up. MiniMax and Kilo Pass are mutually exclusive because they fund the same usage. The annual figure is twelve times the monthly scenario.
For Teams & Enterprise, the current observed monthly invoice is the input. This captures Copilot's access-plus-consumption model—including seat access, pooled AI Credits, metered overage, and other current bill components—without pretending the cost is still a fixed $19 or $39 per user. Kilo Enterprise pricing remains a custom quote. MiniMax is not applied to that mode, while Kilo Pass can fund Kilo Credit usage for organizations.
PAYG means pay as you go: model providers charge for consumed tokens instead of bundling usage into a flat subscription. The task slider represents monthly agentic jobs. Each selected plan receives a task share weighted by its published 3x, 5x, or 20x capacity, then we multiply those shares by each model's live KiloBench cost per task. Current spend acts as a floor, so increasing it also increases the estimate. This is not a quote; task complexity and model mix vary.
