How to connect Anthropic to Kilo

Create a Anthropic anthropic api key
Sign in to Anthropic, enable API billing if required, and create a credential for Kilo. Copy it when it is shown and keep it private.

Open Kilo BYOK settings
Open the Kilo BYOK page and choose Anthropic from the provider list.

Add the anthropic api key
Paste the Anthropic credential, complete any provider-specific fields, and save it. Kilo validates the configuration before using it.

Select a model and verify usage
Choose a model supplied by Anthropic, send a test request, and confirm the request appears in your provider usage dashboard.
Before you connect
- Claude Pro and Max consumer subscriptions do not include Anthropic API billing.
- Your Anthropic workspace usage tier controls request and token limits.
