How to connect xAI to Kilo

   Create a xAI xai api key

   Sign in to xAI, enable API billing if required, and create a credential for Kilo. Copy it when it is shown and keep it private.

   Open Kilo BYOK settings

   Open the Kilo BYOK page and choose xAI from the provider list.

   Add the xai api key

   Paste the xAI credential, complete any provider-specific fields, and save it. Kilo validates the configuration before using it.

   Select a model and verify usage

   Choose a model supplied by xAI, send a test request, and confirm the request appears in your provider usage dashboard.
