How to connect OpenCode Go to Kilo
- 1
Subscribe to OpenCode Go
Purchase the coding plan from the provider. Coding-plan access and ordinary pay-as-you-go API billing are separate products.
- 2
Copy the plan-specific key
Open the plan dashboard and copy the credential issued for the subscription. Do not substitute a standard pay-as-you-go API key.
- 3
Open Kilo BYOK settings
Choose the dedicated OpenCode Go entry so Kilo uses the plan endpoint and quota rather than standard API billing.
- 4
Save and test the plan
Paste the key, save it, select a model included with the plan, and send a test request. Check the provider dashboard to confirm plan quota was used.
Before you connect
- Confirm OpenCode Go appears in Kilo BYOK before purchasing it for this purpose.
- Do not manually bypass plan tool restrictions with a custom endpoint.
- Optional OpenCode balance fallback can create charges after plan quota is exhausted.
