Open Kilo Code settings
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the Kilo Code panel to open settings.
Select API provider
In the API Provider dropdown, select “OpenAI – ChatGPT Plus/Pro”.
Sign in and authorize
Click “Sign in to OpenAI Codex,” then finish the browser flow to authorize Kilo Code.
Pick a model
Back in settings, choose a model from the dropdown (e.g., GPT-5.3-Codex). Save your settings and start using AI-powered coding.
